Hypnotherapy is a highly effective therapeutic medium which incorporates both hypnosis and therapy. Hypnosis is a very pleasant and relaxing state which we all experience daily, such as when we daydream, or are engrossed in a good book or film, and unknowingly tune out from our internal thoughts and the world around us. As a hypnotherapist, I am highly skilled in facilitating clients into this natural hypnotic state, which dials down the analytical, judgemental voice of the conscious mind and allows direct communication with the unconscious mind, the powerful control panel of all our habits, learned behaviours and beliefs.

As a specialist in the field of analytical hypnotherapy, I can enable you to discover the root cause of your problem and develop a deeper awareness of the self, as over the course of our lives we all develop learned habits, beliefs and behaviours, some of which are useful, and some not so much.
